Payment

Payments are to be made by bank transfer at least 48 hours before any planned appointment. Bank details to be given following a consultation.

Cash is acceptable with prior awareness and agreement before the appointment.

​

Any cancellations of less than 48 hours notice of the appointment date will incur payment of the full fee.

​

I do fully understand that there are times, due to unforeseen circumstances, where you may not be able to attend an appointment but it would be asked to ensure that as much prior notice is given.

Is Hypnotherapy Safe?

Going into a 'trance' and having hypnotherapy is extremely safe. It is a natural occurrence that we as humans go through many times a day without even realising, such as when driving a car or reading a book.

How many sessions will I need?

As part of a thorough consultation, a plan of support will be complete to ensure a tailored approach. Fears and Phobia's generally require 4 sessions whereas a Stop-Smoking session may only take one longer session. This is very much down to the specific circumstances.

Will Hypnotherapy work for me?

Hypnotherapy is very effective. To give the best possible chance for positive results, it relies on full commitment from the client. The is a key component to the sessions.​​​​​​
