Neurodiverse Coaching and Counselling
I have a real passion and interest in the area of Neurodiversity from an extensive backgorund working in Autism, ADHD and with Learning Disabilities. This includes embracing changes and ensuring support is readily available when needed. I offer a mixture of Coaching and Counselling dependent upon the support required but this is done in three different options.

Option 1- Neurodiverse and Autism-Specific Services (Dyspraxia, ADHD, Dyslexia)
Single and Long-term sessions of Counselling using a mixture of different tools and approaches such as CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), CFT (Compassion Focused Therapy) and ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy). The sessions can support with creating an individual plan of support in moving forward.

1 hour sessions = £60.00

Option 2- Specific Neurodiverse Coaching Support (Pre/Post Diagnosis Starter Toolkit)
Coaching to enable individuals to have support around their mental health needs and a road map of support. This may include any advocacy/signposting support, coaching sessions to navigate day-to-day life, support with completing paperwork for referral to employment support, housing advice and guidance, next steps following diagnosis and on-going wellness checks. Support can be provided to refer through to Adult Social Services should this be required.

1 hour sessions = £60.00

Option 3 - Learning Disability Counselling Support
This option is for those individuals with a learning disability who may need some on-going therapy and support. Any plan of support will be done so on an individual basis.

1 hour sessions= £60.00
