Grief and Loss Counselling Support for Adults and Children
No one truly knows just how hard it can be losing someone close to you. Whether this be a family member, colleague or friend, this can have a real profound impact upon one's life and moving forward. I provide a safe and confidential space where we can work together to go through the grieving process and to work through tools and different approaches to enable a transition forward. It is important to recognise that grief can be very painful and that each individual experiences grief in a different way.
Part of my approach is to use the sessions as a Solution Focused Therapist to complete a tailored approach to all support so that we can work together fully. This includes looking at what grief is, why we experience this and to support with the process of healing.

Pet Grief Counselling Support
From undertaking continued learning in this area and from experiencing this pain myself, I can work with clients around a loss of their loved pet. As grief can be different with each individual, this means really taking the time to go through the process and to progress through the healing process.

I can offer a range of different approaches such as ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) and Person-Centred Therapy so that any support is individualised.

Grief Therapy can be different for each individual. Therefore, I do not set a definitive number of sessions. We will review your progress together on a weekly/fortnightly basis dependent on the frequency of the sessions.

Sessions can be flexible and can take place at my therapy room, as a home visit or through Zoom. Please contact Adam on 07950815651 or email: newversion-therapy@outlook.com to speak further and to book in a free consultation.
