High Functioning Anxiety and Stress Management​

High Functioning Anxiety can be hugely debilitating and it is something I have personal experience of. This has caused me to cancel on events and to over-analyse information constantly. The thought of always wanting to please others and over worrying about a certain event or situation. This can lead to feeling overwhelmed, isolated and burnt out. From an outside view, those with High Functioning Anxiety appear to have everything all working well. However, to an individual who is going through this, it can be a very lonely place to be.
